Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and for you to receive your order confirmation email. Once your order is received, our production partner will finalise it within 1-3 business days. Once our production partner have finalised your order, you will receive an email with your shipping details to let you know it is coming!

SHIPPING:

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Please note that as our production partner is located outside of Australia, and as we make your board(s) to order, your order will be shipped directly from our production partner warehouse to save on shipping time. Our expected shipping times are 6-13 business days once your order has been completed, however shipping times may vary at different times of the year with holiday periods resulting in short delays to normal shipping times.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We are unable to accept returns as the boards are made to order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@deckart.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will make sure we reach a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
