All of our boards are made from 100% high quality Canadian maple.

For optimal printing results please use high resolution images only. For lower resolution images we cannot guarantee an optimal result. We recommend a minimum of 50 pixels/cm for any images used.

We ship all products with easy to use wall mounts.

Our mounts use a specific technique which we call ‘Ghost Mounting' - this method is an almost invisible way to mount your deckart products on your wall.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and for you to receive your order confirmation email. Once your order is received, our production partner will finalise it within 1-3 business days. Once our production partner have finalised your order, you will receive an email with your shipping details to let you know it is coming!

We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Please note that as our production partner is located outside of Australia, and as we make your board(s) to order, your order will be shipped directly from our production partner warehouse to save on shipping time. Our expected shipping times are 6-13 business days once your order has been completed, however shipping times may vary at different times of the year with holiday periods resulting in short delays to normal shipping times.

We are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind as the boards are made to order.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will make sure we reach a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
